HTC launches Desire 20 Pro and U20 5G smartphones
Smartphone maker HTC has launched two new mid-budget smartphones Desire 20 Pro and Desire U20 5G in Taiwan. Both these smartphones have been launched to challenge the mid-range devices of Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi. Both devices have been launched with quad rear camera set-up and punch-hole display panel. HTC has launched its Desire series device after a long time. Last year, the company launched its ultra-budget smartphone Wildfire X in the Indian market. After this, the company has also launched Desire Series 19s and Wildfire R70 in other markets. With these two devices, the company is making a strong comeback once again.
HTC Desire U20 5G
This phone comes with a 6.58-inch Full HD Plus LCD display panel. The aspect ratio of the phone's display is 20: 9. The phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G processor of mid-budget range. This smartphone has been launched in the same storage option 8GB RAM + 256GB. External memory card is also supported in this. The phone has a powerful battery of 5,000mAh with an 18W Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging feature. This smartphone runs on Android 10 operating system. Talking about the camera features of the phone, the quad rear camera set-up is given in its back. The primary sensor of the phone has been given 48MP. Apart from this, 8MP wide-angle camera has been given with 118-degree field of view. The phone also has a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. For selfie, it has a 32MP camera. For security, it has a rear-mounted physical fingerprint sensor.
HTC Desire 20 Pro
This smartphone uses a 6.5-inch full HD plus LCD punch-hole display panel. This device comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC. It has been launched in the same storage options 6GB RAM + 128GB. Its memory can also be expanded through microSD card. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging feature. The phone runs on Android 10. Talking about the camera features of the phone, it also comes with a quad rear camera set-up. The phone has a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP wide-angle sensor, 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor. The phone has a 25MP camera for selfie. HTC has not disclosed the price of both these devices. These are currently launched in the Taiwanese market. Soon, they can also be launched in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
